Personal Training
More than just a series of training sessions, you'll be guided through a progressive fitness program that
is designed to address your unique fitness profile. Each session is developed to create a balance
between mobility and stability, strength and endurance. Not only will you feel more powerful, you'll be
empowered to do more and to be more.
One-on-One Two-on-One
1 session = $75.00 per session 1 session = $90.00 per session
6 sessions = $70.00 per session 6 sessions = $85.00 per session
12 sessions = $65.00 per session 12 sessions = $80.00 per session
30 Minute Training Sessions
1 session = $40.00 per session
12 sessions = $35.00 per session
Fitness Boot Camps
The Advanced Fitness Solutions Fitness Boot Camp is a fun dynamic team oriented workout. The design of
this boot camp allows everybody to work at their own pace while still staying with the team. Each workout is
60 minutes and consists of a series of agility, strength and interval training combinations to enhance your
cardiovascular power, flexibility, core strength and overall muscular endurance.
The Advanced Fitness Solutions Fitness boot camps are held at the Westover Hills Tennis and Swim club.
You do not need to be a member to participate. Camps are going on now.
Participants will need to bring: Camp days and times:
A pair of dumbbells 3 - 10 lbs. Monday, Wednesday & Friday
An exercise mat 6:00am - 7:00am
H2O and a workout towel 9:00am - 10:00am
Comfortable workout attire and running shoes
Sport Specific Training
The methodology behind my sport specific training programs is to create better athletes. The programs
will be designed based on sport, position played and the athletes current abilities and needs. Every facet
of athletic performance will be addressed from movement preparation to biomechanics, injury prevention,
strength and energy system development. I also place an emphasis on the education of strength and
conditioning principles and helping athletes understand the purpose of the training and how it will improve
their performance.

Group Sport Specific Training
Group sport specific training will be based on sport, age and ability. In-season and off-season
programs will be based on the sport season and incorporate each athletes needs. Groups will be
limited to 5 athletes to ensure individual attention. Cost for each athlete is $25.00 per session.
